A mid-cap international PE house is looking to hire a tax professional with extensive US/ UK private client advisory.
The role involves designing and implementing the firm-wide incentives and internal investments framework from both tax and operational perspectives, primarily Carry/ Co Investment structures.
The successful candidate will act as a liaison with the Remuneration Committee, senior leadership, and external advisors to deliver an effective strategy.
They will collaborate with internal teams—including Incentives & Internal Investments, General Counsel, and HR—to ensure alignment with frameworks, while developing clear plans and communication materials for stakeholders.
The position also serves as a bridge between Tax Structuring and Tax Compliance teams, supporting the execution of tax-related aspects of new structures and change projects, ensuring compliance reporting reflects legislative changes and internal structures, and maintaining full coverage across internal and external stakeholders.
Key focus areas include investors, fund structures, internal entities, and related projects. The role requires partnering with teams such as Finance, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, and HR to communicate tax aspects of structures and projects.
In addition, the candidate will manage external advisers and consultants on tax-related projects, fostering strong relationships with Big 4 firms and law firms to ensure efficiency and value for money.
