About the Role As a Higher Level Family Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, targeted early help and safeguarding support to children, young people, and their families. You’ll take ownership of a complex caseload, acting as the lead professional, coordinating multi-agency plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions that create real, measurable change. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and is passionate about improving outcomes for families.
