What you'll do
You'll deliver a range of professional property surveys to inform asset management decisions, such as: stock condition, asbestos re-inspections, HHSRS surveys and energy performance assessments.
Your expertise will help validate future investment needs and ensure compliance with housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS.
Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll provide technical advice, maintain accurate records, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

Location: Warrington, with travel to other locations as required around the North West
Salary: £38,484

What you need
* Strong knowledge of construction legislation and health & safety standards.
* A relevant qualification in construction e.g. Level 4 or equivalent
* Proven experience conducting building surveys and analysing property conditions.
* Excellent IT skills as you will be capturing and verifying survey data, administering systems, etc.
