Join us as a Business Oversight Compliance Everyday Money Management VP, where you will provide compliance oversight, advice, and guidance to Barclays UK business areas. This includes oversight of conduct risk management and offering technical guidance on regulatory issues to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and Barclays standards.
The role primarily focuses on overseeing the credit card business, collaborating closely with another VP.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with 1LOD, Compliance teams, legal, and risk management functions to ensure comprehensive compliance and risk management.
* Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks through reviews of business activities, processes, testing, and systems.
* Experience investigating compliance breaches and overseeing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Preferred skills include:
* Experience in regulations and compliance
* Experience with retail products, especially credit cards
This role can be based in London, Glasgow, Northampton, or Manchester.
