Responsibilities willinclude:
Transformtop level campaign creative and brand strategies intoengaging
content acrossplatforms.
Create compelling campaign content through gifs reelsvideos
photography and graphicsand copy providing the supportingcontent
for professionally shotproduct campaigns as well as brand buildingand
lifestylecontent.
Work as part of acreative team including the CMO Head ofDigital
Marketing Social Managerand product development teamsinputting
into the art directionfor campaign shoots
Attendcampaign shoots to shoot additional supportingcontent
Manage the cropping ofall incoming retouched images andoccasional
simple adhoc retouchingas needed
Organize and maintainasset library for company
Createcampaign specific graphics that represent the vibe ofnew
collections or engagingtactical assets for promotional activityacross
social email website andadverts
Produce content forwebsite including banners collection pagesproduct
imagery andmore
Concepting for keydiscounting periods such as Black Friday andSummer
Sale reworking existingassets and introducing new elements suchas
graphictreatments
Whatwe are lookingfor:
High designvalues and experience of brand building with a keen eyefor
detail
Skilled and confident at taking pictures creating gifs reels andvideos.
You also have good basicvideo editing skills.
Experiencein preparing files for social web email and adverts eg.crops
file types and sizes for thevarious platforms andapplications
You enjoy ideationand you are confident articulating your ideas. Youcan
play the lead role but youalso enjoy working within a smallcollaborative
team
A keen interest in social media ideally with your own personalaccount
with originalcontent
Constantly keeping up todate on new trends for social email andmore

Experience
At least 3 to 5 years in a similarrole
BtoC experience preferredworking within a fashion lifestyleorientated
brand
Graduate degree qualification
Highly experienced with relevant software packages includingPhotoshop
Illustrator InDesignInshot
Intimate knowledge of thesocial media platforms their latestcreatives
and an eye for thefuture of these platforms.
Experience with klaviyo and shopify is aplus
ImportantNotes: 2 days working from home reporting to head of digitalmarketing working alongside the social media manager. This is agood role for an ambitious self starter who is confident in theirabilities and has wide experience in content creation. Please notethe candidate will need to be full time in the office for first 3months.
Ultimately the company goal isgrowth absolutely but for this role the main thing they should knowis they are replacing a member of staff. Their key goal is creativeexecution on a formed marketing model with processes that reachesacross set channels andplatforms.
Ideally the candidate willlive locally and will have worked in a small companybefore.
A degree is great but notrequired as experience in similar roles is much moreimportant.
