We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a key part of our forward-thinking Pelvic Health Team in Hywel Dda. In this role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, equitable care to individuals living with pelvic health conditions. You will perform independent administrative and secretarial duties to ensure the service runs smoothly, professionally, and confidentially.

Responsibilities
* Provide a range of administrative and secretarial duties to support the team.
* Maintain and keep databases up to date; provide information for reporting as required.
* Prioritise daily work to meet the needs of the team.
* Access information via the Internet; receive and send information via email.
* Plan workload within time restraints to ensure meeting deadlines (e.g., sending out appointments, records).
* Distribute agendas and papers to team members.
* Answer telephone calls, record messages accurately and concisely, and ensure relevant team members receive messages.
* Provide clerical support, organise and arrange appointments as required.
* Possess good communication skills; the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.
