JOB ROLE: HR Advisor/ Generalist
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
SALARY: £40k - £45k (DOE)

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the strategic people partnership within the organisation.
What You'll Do:
Partner with managers to provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development.
Lead the planning and implementation of people change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Coach managers to enhance their change capability and resilience.
Take the lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance frameworks.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job design to a smooth onboarding experience.
Support the performance management cycle, including appraisals and development planning.
Identify training needs and promote continuous improvement and professional growth within the organisation.
Develop and implement people policies in line with legislation and best practises.
Identify and drive improvements to HR processes for maximum efficiency.
