You'll travel across our estates keeping shared spaces clean and welcoming for residents. You'll meet our residents along the way and make their surroundings cleaner and safer each day. What you'll be doing Cleaning shared areas including stairwells, entrances and common spaces Hoovering, mopping and sweeping to keep areas spotless Cleaning bin rooms and litter picking around estates Moving between buildings throughout the day, including going up and down stairs regularly Spot and report any repairs or health and safety concerns to the right teams Complete all paperwork and records accurately What you'll get in return Beyond a good salary and the chance to make a real difference every day, you'll get: 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years Your birthday off as an extra holiday Up to 10% matched pension contribution Free parking at many of our locations Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing More about you Essential: A full UK driving licence as you'll drive a Curo van between locations Experience working with customers in a service role Strong attention to detail in your work Ability to work well with a colleague and as part of a team Self-motivated with good planning skills Comfortable using mobile devices and technology Able to work up and down stairs regularly throughout the day Ability to put tasks in order and solve problems on your own Desirable: Previous experience in cleaning, gardening or similar hands-on roles Knowledge of health and safety practices when using equipment We value skills from various backgrounds.
