A very rare opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded Estate Agency for an experienced Lettings Administrator / Tenancy Coordinator to join their thriving office in Bristol city centre. My clients have long had a reputation as a high quality, reputable agent in Bristol and are looking for a Lettings Administrator / Tenancy Coordinator to join their lettings team.
Benefits
* £26,000 basic salary
* OTE £28,000
* Well respected independent company
* Monday to Friday only
* Hybrid element
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Responsibilities
* Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements
* Coordinate student tenancies
* Carry out Right to Rent checks
* Process rental protection claims and paperwork
* Process deposit returns
* Maintain compliance and up-to-date records
Experience / Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator is advantageous, but not essential
* Previous experience dealing with administration is required
* Understanding of Right to Rent checks and/or rent protection policies is a bonus but not essential
