An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Senior Property Relationship Manager. This role offers a realistic OTE of up to £34,000.

The role
* Leading by example by delivering excellent customer service
* Providing guidance and mentorship to Property Relationship Managers, leading team meetings, and overseeing ad hoc property management projects in collaboration with the Team Leader.
* Conduct spot checks and quality control reviews of team outputs.
* Supporting the Team Leader with day to day team management, plus providing cover for annual leave
* Manage contractor relationships, ensuring good working relationships and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role
* Solid industry and legislative knowledge
* Impeccable customer service skills
* Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to priorities tasks & responsibilities
* Ability to support, mentor and coach a team
