The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Train and mentor cleaning staff, providing guidance on best practices. Develop cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time. Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensure proper use of equipment. Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints. Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations.
