We have an opportunity for a Governance Partner to provide efficient governance support.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support our Board and Committees in delivering our People First Strategy and Corporate Plan.
* Provide end-to-end Board and Committee support services
* Assist the Governance Manager with regulatory returns
* Review and update the business continuity framework
* Support key Governance projects
About You
We are looking for:
* Experience supporting board meetings, including agenda setting, minuting, and the governance cycle
* Knowledge of compliance with legal requirements such as modern slavery and anti-bribery
* Experience with regulatory compliance and completing regulatory returns
* Excellent communication skills and experience working with Non-Executive Directors, Executive Directors, and senior managers
