We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Senior NPD Technologist to join a fast-growing business that’s transforming how customers experience food. You’ll bring bold ideas to life, working on both new and existing product lines, from concept to launch. With a focus on fresh, healthier products, you’ll balance technical precision with innovative thinking to deliver top‑tier results.
Responsibilities
You’ll be hands-on in the test kitchen and factory floor while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure every launch hits the mark. You’ll work on both new and existing product lines, from concept to launch, and apply strong technical skills, a solutions‑focused mindset, and trend spotting to turn ideas into commercially viable products.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years of experience in food product development and a strong track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
