Business Development Manager
Requirements
* Experience in international trading and export markets.
* Strong product knowledge within packaging raw materials.
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues and partners across different nationalities and regions.
* International travel experience, ideally within the MENA region.
* Solid understanding of shipping processes, incoterms, and standard business software.
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to explore and develop new markets.
* Flexibility to travel frequently for supplier visits, customer meetings, and trade exhibitions across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing business while developing new customers and product lines.
* Liaise with global customers and suppliers to support commercial activity.
* Conduct frequent international travel to meet regional teams, suppliers, and clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with company strategy, KPIs, and annual budgets.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts to drive departmental turnover.
* Deliver high customer satisfaction through value-added sales approaches across multiple market sectors.
* Collaborate with local and international teams to meet regional and global growth targets.
* Provide monthly sales and marketing updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
* Use internal systems (e.g., SAP) to maintain accurate information and support decision-making.
* Contribute to developing internal teams and supporting broader business growth initiatives.
* Prepare and deliver technical and commercial product presentations to diverse audiences.
