??What Youll Be Doing
1. Lead Store & Warehouse Operations: Oversee inventory, deliveries, and ensure efficient material handling.
2. Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships, negotiate favourable terms, and secure competitive pricing.
3. Stock Control Systems: Implement and manage electronic inventory systems to streamline operations.
4. Purchasing & Procurement: Source materials, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery for projects.
5. Team Leadership: Manage and develop warehouse staff, conduct appraisals, and foster a collaborative environment.
