Join Mercier Consultancy MD as a Dutch Speaking Back Office Administrator in a hybrid role based in Bulgaria. We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to assist our dynamic team in delivering outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients. This position combines administrative tasks with client interaction, making it a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support by managing documents and processing data efficiently.
* Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately.
* Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices.
* Fluency in Dutch is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable.
* Experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.
* Proficiency in common office software applications and CRM systems.
* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
