The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team in Nottingham. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for all product and service enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Resolve product or service issues using problem-solving skills
Provide knowledgeable support across a range of automotive locksmith products
Work with internal systems to ensure service standards are met
Represent the business at trade shows
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
Stay updated through training and self-development
Spot and maximise any commercial opportunities during customer interactions
