Salary: £31,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: We ideally want experience providing IT support in an educational setting, such as a school, college, or managed service provider supporting the education sector. We are looking for someone with experience supporting cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft 365 and Azure. We need experience with user management, identity and access, security controls, and device integration. We are looking for strong communication and relationship-building skills. We value a proactive approach to IT support. We want someone who is passionate about delivering a high level of IT service and supporting technology use in the classroom. An IT Technician or IT Engineer background would be highly suitable. Responsibilities: We support the day-to-day operation of cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft 365 and Azure. We assist with user management, identity and access, security controls, and device integration. We monitor system performance and respond to incidents and service requests. We support academies with cloud-related queries and technical issues. We contribute to projects, upgrades, and the ongoing development of Trust-wide cloud services. We maintain clear documentation and adhere to security and governance standards. We provide a high level of IT support to end users from our Walkden site. We work as part of our central IT team to help maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable cloud environment.
