Salary: £36,182 basic | £42,182 OTE (time saved & team profit)
Hours: Full‑time, 45 hours per week (weekends on a rota)

Service Technician – Overview
A high‑performing aftersales team in Worcester is seeking a skilled and qualified Service Technician to join their modern, well‑equipped workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Technician who wants to develop their technical abilities, work with cutting‑edge tools and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training. Service Technician – Responsibilities
Carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles
Complete diagnostic, warranty and repair work to high standards
Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes and cambelt replacements
Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
Complete digital write‑ups and job cards accurately
Requirements – Service Technician
Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety and quality
MOT licence beneficial (training available if not yet qualified)
Eagerness to learn and progress through manufacturer accreditation
