This opportunity is with a multi-award-winning SEO and digital marketing agency with offices in London and Dubai. They work with high-growth brands across competitive industries including finance, iGaming, and eCommerce, delivering data-driven SEO campaigns that drive real commercial results. Theyre scaling fast and are looking for a sharp, motivated Sales Development Representative to fuel their growth by generating qualified leads and driving new client conversations.
The Role
As their SDR, your mission is to generate business opportunities for their SEO services. Youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and feeding the pipeline for their senior sales team. This is a commercially critical role youll be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key part in expanding their footprint in the UK and UAE markets.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target companies across SEO-relevant verticals (iGaming, finance, eCommerce, property, professional services).
Run structured outbound outreach campaigns using email, Linked In, and CRM tools (Instantly, Clay, HubSpot).
Qualify prospects against criteria (budget, timeline, goals, existing agency setup).
Book discovery and strategy calls for their senior sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed lead records in their CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads.
Collaborate with marketing to optimise outbound messaging, case studies, and vertical positioning.
Provide weekly reports on lead quality, response rates, and campaign performance.
What Theyre Looking For
Proven experience as an SDR, Business Development Executive, or Lead Generation Specialist, ideally within a digital agency or SaaS environment.
Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, or digital marketing services (preferred).
Demonstrated success in cold outreach, multi-channel prospecting, and appointment setting.
Strong written communication and persuasive copywriting skills.
CRM proficiency and ability to report on funnel metrics clearly.
Strategic mindset: able to identify ideal clients and tailor outreach messaging to pain points and opportunities.
Organised, ambitious, and self-driven comfortable working autonomously with accountability for results.
Success Metrics
Qualified meetings booked per month
Conversion rate of meetings to proposals
Quality and accuracy of prospect data
Consistency and creativity of outbound activity
