Are you a CNC Turner with programming experience looking to join a long-standing and reputable company, offering ongoing training on CAD and a clear path to progress to a Supervisor in 2 years?
In this workshop-based role you will be setting, operating and programming on Colchester and Doosan lathes, using Fanuc controls with some training given if needed. You will be developed further by the current team, leading you to progress into a senior position in the workshop once up to speed.
Founded 30 years ago, this family-run machining company pride themselves on their high quality, niche products which they supply in various industries worldwide.
This role would suit somebody who can programme on CNC lathes looking for a long-term career in a company they can progress within, with a route to step into a supervisory position.
The Role:
Setting, operating and programming on Doosan and Colchester lathes with Fanuc controls
Further training given on CAD to allow progression into a Supervisor role
Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday
£16 - £18 an hour, optional overtime available paid at 1.3x weekdays, 1.5x weekendsThe Person:
