Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a fractional role? We are seeking someone to join our friendly HR team, providing professional advice, challenge, and guidance to teams across the College.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position working across all College campuses, where no two days are the same.
Our HR Advisers support a designated area and are actively involved in the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, and change management. You will also support the delivery of our new HR Strategy. You should be credible, able to build effective working relationships, and experienced in coaching managers to make effective, compliant, and timely decisions. You must be able to independently manage and prioritize an employee relations caseload.
About You
Following a recent change in leadership, our HR team is developing a new strategy and ways of working. We would love to hear from you if you wish to join us at this exciting time.
You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 5 CIPD with proven recent experience in an advisory role. Please note, this role is not suitable for individuals with only Shared Service Centre experience.
Additional Requirements
As the role is based in education, a clear DBS Enhanced check is required. The position operates across 5 campuses, and a driving license with regular access to a vehicle is essential.
