About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 08:00am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide reporting and updates to operational teams or others to demonstrate contract fulfillment.
2. Ensure client and internal systems are updated within set timescales throughout the contract.
3. Respond to customer chases and escalations within internal SLAs.
4. Close tasks appropriately.
5. Produce information and updates for client/contract reports.
6. Mitigate risks against performance penalties by ensuring timely submission of applications and invoices, in line with contractual requirements.
Key Hiring Criteria:
* Experience in facilities management is desirable.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills, is essential.
* Experience using CAFM or other management systems; experience with pricing is advantageous.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
* Knowledge of Concept Evolution and SharePoint is a plus.
