Echo Personnel are skilled Commercial Vehicle Sprayers to join one of our clients in Kettering.
As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying various coatings to products, ensuring a high-quality finish while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.
Only applicants with Commercial Vehicle Sprayer experience will be considered.
Duties for Commercial Vehicle Sprayer:
* Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary.
* Operate spray equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
* Monitor the application process to ensure consistency and quality of the finish.
* Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs.
* Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with hazardous materials.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
* Keep work area organised and free from hazards.
Skills required for Commercial Vehicle Sprayer:
* Strong mechanical knowledge to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for material handling.
* Proficiency in using hand tools for preparation and finishing tasks.
* Experience with power tools is essential for efficient operation in the spraying process.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, flexible working hours between 6am to 6pm on a 40-hour week.
