Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real impact every day? At Legal & General Surveying Services, we’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Customer Team as a Customer Team Agent. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional experience when booking valuation and survey appointments. We’re offering acompetitive base salary of £24,525 for this hybrid 6 month fixed term contract role. What you'll be doing:
1. Booking valuation and survey appointments with customers using clear and confident communication
2. Organising schedules for employed and panel surveyors using booking systems
3. Supporting customers by providing guidance on service requirements
4. Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
5. Engaging in personal development and training opportunities
6. Monitoring performance data to support continuous improvement
7. Handling customer payments and unbooked survey instructions
8. Tailoring services to meet the needs of different customer group
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Confident communicator with strong telephone-based customer service experience
10. Organised and efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks
11. Comfortable using booking systems and technology
12. Knowledge of survey and valuation products is desirable
13. Team player who collaborates well with others
14. Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment
15. Committed to personal development and learning
16. GCSE-level qualifications or equivalent experience
