Immediate start (Jan 2026 for the right candidate). We are seeking a part-time Teacher of Music to join our thriving department. The role is suitable for an exceptional classroom teacher and skilled musician with the ability to work across a wide range of musical styles. The successful candidate will teach across A Level, BTEC and GCSE courses, with the potential to teach Music Production considered an advantage. The role offers the chance to inspire and nurture students of all abilities, from beginners through to those preparing for Oxbridge and Conservatoire entry. Curriculum music will be taught to pupils aged 13-18, and the post will involve contributing to the school's vibrant ensemble and concert programme.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers, ECTs, or outstanding musicians looking to move into teaching. For the right candidate, there is the potential for support towards gaining QTS during the first year. Responsibilities
* Teach across A Level, BTEC and GCSE courses; ability to teach Music Production is an advantage.
