We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in office administration.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management of the home.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Assist with the recruitment process at all stages.
* Maintain and manage employment files.
* Maintain and manage online employment data.
* Assist with ensuring the home is compliant at all times.
Requirements
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with professionals and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
* Accurate data entry and documentation management.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
