This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, committed, and innovative individual capable of working with both mature and 16-19-year-old learners within a well-established Further Education college.
The main responsibilities include teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills maths at our North Street and South Bank campuses, developing programmes of study to meet learners' needs, assessing students, and contributing to quality systems and departmental organisation through syllabuses, schemes of learning, and records.
The essential qualifications for the post are:
* A relevant, up-to-date qualification in maths at Level 3 or above, or a related subject.
* A Level 4 teaching qualification.
The ability to communicate effectively with the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is also essential.
