Overview
Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and growing law firm to recruit a Partner or Director to join and expand its Commercial Property team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE in commercial property matters and a strong background in renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities
* Advising developers, landowners and organisations on a wide range of matters
* Acquisition of wind, hydro and solar sites
* Renewable energy projects across hydro, wave, tidal, onshore and offshore wind
* Strategic commercial property advice linked to major infrastructure developments
* Role is Edinburgh office-based, with opportunities to travel throughout the UK to meet clients and develop business opportunities
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* At least 7 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Preferably Scottish qualified, or dual-qualified (Scottish and English)
* Proven experience advising on renewable energy projects
