A well-established secondary school is seeking a History Teacher to join its Humanities faculty. The role involves teaching across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 teaching for experienced candidates.
The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, develop analytical and evaluative skills, and support pupils in achieving strong examination results.

Key responsibilities
6. Plan and deliver high-quality History lessons
7. Prepare pupils for GCSE (and A-Level where applicable)
8. Assess, monitor and track student progress
9. Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment
The ideal candidate
10. QTS (or equivalent)
11. Experience teaching History at secondary level
12. Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
13. Effective classroom management skills
