About You

🚐 We’re hiring at Woodland View! 🚐

We are looking for a Driver Support Worker to help the people we support access trips and opportunities within the wider community

This role is all about enabling choice and independence. Hours are flexible and shaped around the needs, interests, and goals of the people we support – whether that’s visits, activities, or new experiences they’d like to explore.

✨ What you need to know:

1. Flexible role, including evening and weekend work
2. You must be able to drive and have held a full licence for at least 2 years
3. Experience driving manual and automatic vehicles is essential
4. This is not just a driving role – you’ll also provide direct care and support where needed, building positive and supportive relationships
We are committed to building a stable and sustainable workforce to ensure that we provide the best continuity of care for the people we support. While we welcome applications from all candidates, some roles may require candidates to have the right to work in the UK without restrictions due to the nature of the service and staffing requirements. These roles may be prioritised for those with unrestricted right to work in the UK and due to our operational needs at the time.
