Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction : professionally handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone and email. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process. Job Logging : Accurately log and document service requests, ensuring all necessary information is recorded. Maintain a comprehensive database of service history and customer interactions. Support : Provide admin support to our busy office team and mobile engineers. Skills / Experience Proven experience in a customer service role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with commercial catering equipment (preferred but not required)
