About Busy Bees Westminster
Our Ofsted Good nursery cares for up to 64 children aged 3 months to 5 years and features:
* Four purpose-built rooms tailored for each age group
* A team of highly qualified, passionate staff

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare
* Drive quality improvement and uphold strong EYFS practices
* Ensure full compliance and maintain a safe, well-managed environment
* Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
* Support team development and foster professional growth
What You’ll Bring
* Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Commercial awareness and keen attention to detail
* A genuine passion for high-quality early years education
