Job Title: Dealership Receptionist/Host
Reports To: Dealer Principal
Working Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer and Visitor Welcome: Greet all customers and visitors professionally, courteously, and friendly to promote the dealership's positive image.
2. Call Handling: Answer internal and external calls promptly, directing them efficiently.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Operating Controls: Complete administrative tasks accurately and punctually, ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional conduct.
2. Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external contacts.
3. Policies and Practices: Greet visitors promptly and professionally; adhere to environmental, health, safety, and company policies, ensuring legal compliance.
4. Personal Criteria: Maintain a positive attitude; support the dealership's reputation through appropriate appearance and conduct; engage in continuous personal development.
