Our National Planning team, based at our Newmarket head office, is expanding — and we’re looking for a Demand Planner who will strengthen the integrity of our forecasting processes and support insight‑driven decision‑making across the S&OP cycle.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales & Operations Planning Manager, the Demand Planner will manage the accuracy of our historical demand baseline in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) This role acts as the SME for baseline model selection, and deliver analytical insights that improve Sales‑owned forecasts. You will manage the forecasting calendar and daily demand splits, serve as the TPM Business Product Owner and super user, and lead visibility and accountability around forecast accuracy across both baseline and promotional performance.

A Day in the Life of the role
1. Create a clean demand signal - ensure high data integrity and challenge baseline assumptions to maintain an unconstrained view of demand.
2. Act as TPM Super User — provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold best‑practice governance as the Business Product Owner.
3. Lead forecast accuracy insights — drive visibility of accuracy, bias, and gaps across baseline and promotional forecasts.
4. Partner cross‑functionally — work with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and product performance to inform forecasting assumptions.
What You'll Bring
5. 2–4+ years in Demand Planning, Forecasting, TPM, or related commercial/supply chain analysis roles
6. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
7. FMCG experience or exposure to fast‑moving, data‑rich environments.
8. Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
9. Commercial acumen and structured planning capability.
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
11. Knowledge of Blueshift software (advantageous).
