Sexy Fish was launched in London in October 2015. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and decorated with artwork from Frank Gehry, Damien Hirst and Michael Roberts, the look and feel is glamourous and opulent. The food takes its inspiration from the seas of Asia, with a focus on Japan. The bar holds the world’s largest Japanese whisky collection at 400 bottles, as well as offering a hard to resist cocktail list.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring high service standards.
* Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating arrangements and guest flow.
* Supervise and mentor reception staff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
* Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
* Experience with Reservation Software.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with reservation systems and administrative tasks.
