If so, this could be the ideal role for you! About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing company specialising in IT product and service sales. This is a confidential vacancy managed by a recruitment agency, offering an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in generating new business and supporting company growth. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Carrying out outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients. ✅ Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assessing their suitability. ✅ Arranging meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects. ✅ Maintaining and updating the HubSpot CRM with accurate lead information and activity notes. ✅ Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. ✅ Keeping up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and company offerings. ✅ Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within IT product / service sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently engage with prospects. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software (or similar) for efficient lead tracking and management. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Why Apply?
