Job Introduction
We are currently looking for a Territory Manager (Blocks) this role would be suitable for anyone living in the West Midlands
Main Responsibilities
To Manage and develop a geographical sales area including new business development to drive performance against agreed Territory sales targets, including volume and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop territory sales plans for new and existing customers in the West Midlands
2. Planning sales and appointment activities
3. Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
4. Develop a pipeline of premium product opportunities
5. Support the implementation of Key Account Plans within the territory
6. Develop a relationship with ISR and key contacts
7. Work in partnership with the Internal Sales Representatives to identify and develop sales opportunities
8. Support the internal sales team to manage customer accounts including queries and complaints as required
9. Providing excellent, best in class, customer service experience.
The Ideal Candidate
Must have previous proven field sales experience.
10. Be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a fast paced sales environment
11. Located in West Midlands
12. Customer relationship Management / Account Management
13. Possess good communication skills and be numerate
14. Adept at interpreting data Skills
15. Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with key and prospective customers
16. Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
17. Excellent planning and organising skills, to ensure efficient and effective daily time management
