🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM
💷 Pay: Up to £35.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Join Bradford Children and Families Trust as a Senior Social Worker in the Fostering Supervising Team 4. You will play a vital role in supporting and supervising foster carers to provide safe, nurturing environments for children and young people.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. 👩👧👦 Supervise and support foster carers to ensure children's welfare and development needs are met
2. 📋 Conduct assessments, reviews, and visits in line with statutory requirements
3. 🤝 Work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes
4. 📝 Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and case files
5. 🏢 Attend office for specific tasks or team days as required by the service needs
6. 🌐 Embrace hybrid working-balance between remote work and in-person collaboration
