Your new role As a HLTA Teaching Assistant, you'll be able to support an EYFS classroom working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You will assist a SEND child by providing general classroom support as well as being able to modify challenging behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll need to be level 4 qualified in childcare or education, with a proactive and supportive attitude. You should be confident working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines.
