Marketing Administrator/Coordinator near Cambridge, 20 hours per week at £19 per hour. This is a permanent, part-time employed role.
Our client is a marketing agency specializing in evidential marketing, using data to drive profits by transforming it into a 360º view of customers.
The agency is seeking an experienced Marketing Administrator/Coordinator to support the MD with day-to-day admin and client functions across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Client project support, including admin, screen, and phone work
* Invoicing and preparing quotes
* Image searching and checking artwork amends
* Setting up and preparing for meetings, including time plans for clients
* Using Adobe Acrobat for editing artwork
* Working with and presenting client data
* Maintaining daily team communication via Slack, email, phone, and occasional face-to-face meetings
Ideal Candidate:
* Offline marketing experience, with TV, radio, posters, mailings, and door drops experience being a definite advantage
* Proficient user of MS Office, G Suite, and Apple Mac, with Adobe Acrobat experience being a plus
* Task-oriented and experienced at meeting deadlines
* Interest in or experience working with marketing data and analytics
* Able to proficiently edit both written work content and artwork
* Able to prioritize own workload
* Experience working in a similar role, such as Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Administrator
* Live within driving distance of Cambridge
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid role
The role offers 25 days of paid holiday per year, plus 2 "Free" days at Christmas and a Day Off for Your Birthday. Working hours are 20 hours per week, to be worked over 4 or 5 days, with a fixed weekly work pattern established in advance.
The working location will be from home, with occasional monthly meetings with colleagues near Cambridge and London.
