Role : Lead and grow high-performing recruitment teams in one or more key sectors

Work closely with the CEO oncommercial strategy, expansion and scale
Drive business development, team performance and service delivery
Develop consultants and build ascalable, high-performance culture
Progress rapidly toDirector/MD levelwith potential forequity or profit share
