Location: Reading, RG2 0NH

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: £27,000 per annum

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator, you will be part of the team that is the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
* Maintain and update online property advertisements.
* Follow up with prospective tenants and manage waiting lists.
* Process data entry, update records, and manage email correspondence.
* Upload property photos, certificates, and reports.
* Input expenses from maintenance contractors
* Assist with general office administration.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate key dispatch.
* Notify tenants of upcoming maintenance work.
* Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused professional with:

* Strong telephone and communication skills.
* Confidence in handling customer inquiries and problem resolution.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Excellent attention to detail & time management.
* A team-oriented and adaptable approach.
