The role involves crisis management, resident engagement, behaviour change campaigns, and internal communications. You will have significant experience in leading impactful communications functions within complex, fast-paced, and politically sensitive environments. You will work across the council and region to craft engaging, clear, and impactful communications, lead innovative campaigns, and promote Southampton as a vibrant city of opportunity.
