Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team Based at our yard at 1 groby road north
Responsibilities
* Load and unload scaffolding materials safely and efficiently
* Prepare and organise materials for upcoming site deliveries
* Inspect returned equipment and separate damaged or non-compliant items
* Maintain accurate stock control and report shortages or defects
* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely (where licensed)
* Ensure safe stacking, banding and storage of scaffolding materials
* Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free yard environment
* Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
* Support drivers and site teams with loading logistics
* Assist with general yard maintenance and operational duties as required
Requirements
* Strong work ethic
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Good timekeeping
* Safety-focused mindset
* Forklift licence
* Yard or construction experience ideal
