Were currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurseto join one of their Londonclinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role with occasional local travel to nearby client sites.

Role Overview:
Youll work alongside a friendly, professional clinic team delivering a full range of occupational health services to a varied client base. Key responsibilities include:
* Case management assessments and management referrals
* Health surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS
* Vaccinations in line with the Green Book
* Drug and alcohol screening
* DSE and workplace health assessments
* Supporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives
* Autonomous clinical decision-making and referrals
* Managing vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safely
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR compliance
* Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff
* Participating in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives
Person Specification:
* Registered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
* Minimum 2 years Occupational Health experience
* Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Evidence of continued professional development
