We are looking for a Database and Operations Manager dedicated to supporting conservation efforts through efficient data management and operational excellence.

Location: Remote, with occasional visits to the Cambridge (UK) office
Full-time: 35 hours per week
Contract: Open-ended
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 25 days pro-rata in year 1, increasing with service up to 28 days

We are looking for a Database and Operations Manager.
How You Will Do This
1. Taking full operational responsibility for the administration of the CRM (Raisers Edge) globally
2. Leading on compliance and gift processing
3. Maintaining and ensuring the efficiency of Raisers Edge
4. Ensuring optimal data collection, reporting, and donor engagement to drive fundraising success
5. Championing best practices and data input consistency
6. Leading on Gift Aid and data processing compliance as the Development team's expert
7. Managing global gift processing, including collaboration with third-party platforms
Ideally You Will Have
1. The willingness to learn and develop in this broad role
2. Experience with CRM systems and handling large data sets
3. Experience working with fundraising teams (high-value, individual giving, digital)
4. Knowledge of data strategy and analytics
5. Experience implementing new systems and processes
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
7. A positive, open-minded attitude towards continuous improvement
