What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the planning and delivery of creative, multichannel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
*
Helping to organise and deliver events, conferences, and industry exhibitions — from planning through to delivery.
*
Creating engaging content for social media, monitoring performance, and keeping up with the latest trends.
*
Updating and improving website content, supporting SEO activity to help drive traffic and engagement.
*
Assisting with thought leadership activity, including press content, articles, and digital campaigns.
*
Designing marketing materials using templates and design tools, ensuring brand consistency.
*
Supporting email marketing, newsletters, and online events or training sessions.
*
Working closely with colleagues across the business on projects such as award submissions, directory entries, and wider marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
*
Around one year’s experience in a marketing role, placement, internship, or graduate position.
*
A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
*
A genuine interest in marketing, events, digital content, and communications.
*
Strong written skills with a good eye for detail.
*
Confidence using social media platforms and an interest in digital marketing tools.
*
Good organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
*
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience in professional services or a regulated environment (not essential).
