Your new role
Accounts Payable
* Process a low volume of complex supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and project allocation
* Manage supplier queries and maintain strong relationships with external partners
* Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure timely settlement of invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Support the review and improvement of AP processes
Accounts Receivable
* Raise client invoices across multiple projects and markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
* Monitor outstanding debt and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment
* Maintain the AR ledger and support cashflow forecasting
* Reconcile client accounts and investigate variances
* Assist with revenue recognition checks and project-related financial queries
General Finance Support
* Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial information is accurate and up to date
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in an Accounts Assistant, AP, AR, or finance support role
* Comfortable handling complex, multi-step transactions even with low volume
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
* Good Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
