What is a Teaching Assistant?
A TA is a an educator who works within Primary, Secondary or SEND schools and helps support the daily operation of a classroom. This can be by supporting the teacher, leading intervention groups, and/or working 1:1 with pupils that require additional support. The job of a teaching assistant is imperative; it’s one of the most important roles within a school!
Role Overview:
* – Role: Teaching Assistant
* – Location: Mansfield, and surrounding areas
* – Pay: £92.00 – £100.00 per day (dependent on experience)
* – Type: Supply/Temporary

What Does an Ideal Candidate Look Like?
* – A minimum of 6 months experience working in education
* – An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to process a new certificate
* – Good knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
* – A passion for learning and helping pupils grow
Relevant qualifications are beneficial, however, not essential.
